Terms and Conditions – Sweet and Special Bakery

1. Order Placement:

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • To secure your order, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
  • Changes to orders must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional charges.

2. Payment:

  • Full payment is required before the delivery or pickup of any order.
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and other specified payment methods. Details will be provided upon order confirmation.

3. Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
  • Cancellations made after this period may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds are not provided for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period.
  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with the taste, design, or any other subjective element of the baked goods.

5. Custom Orders:

  • Custom or personalized orders require detailed communication between the customer and Sweet and Special Bakery.
  • The bakery reserves the right to use discretion in interpreting and executing custom design requests.

6. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:

  • Sweet and Special Bakery strives to accommodate various dietary needs, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
  • Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order placement.

7. Delivery:

  • Delivery is available within Adelaide, and additional charges may apply.
  • Sweet and Special Bakery is not responsible for any damage to products after delivery or pickup.

8. Tasting Sessions:

  • Tasting sessions for wedding cakes are available by appointment only.
  • Tasting sessions may be subject to a fee, which may be deducted from the final order if confirmed.

9. Liability:

  • Sweet and Special Bakery is not liable for any damages or injuries that may arise from the consumption or use of our products.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided.

10. Contact Information:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate contact information for order confirmation and communication.

11. Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times are scheduled based on availability and are subject to confirmation.
  • If a customer fails to pick up their order at the agreed-upon time, the order will be held until the next available delivery time.
  • Sweet and Special Bakery will not be held responsible for any changes in product quality or condition due to delayed pickup.
