  • Cancellations made after this period may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds are not provided for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period.
  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with the taste, design, or any other subjective element of the baked goods.

4. Custom Orders:

  • Custom or personalized orders require detailed communication between the customer and Sweet and Special Bakery.
  • The bakery reserves the right to use discretion in interpreting and executing custom design requests.

5. Quality Concerns:

  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • We may request photos to assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund or replacement.

6. Late Pickup:

  • If a customer fails to pick up their order at the agreed-upon time, the order will be held until the next available pickup or delivery time.
  • Sweet and Special Bakery will not be held responsible for any changes in product quality or condition due to delayed pickup.
